Phil wanted to be a comedian, but everyone laughed at him so he played guitar instead.

He learnt his craft in Western Australia under the tutelage of guitar master Frank Maceri. He's also
been in a band with Australian Idol star Chris Murphy (Phil has a tape to prove it).

He once had a day job as a wire straightener but nowadays prefers to bend them on the guitar.  His
greatest achievement in life (so far) is meeting Status Quo.

Accidentally set up a family reunion for Dave Hole by passing on a phone number to a lady claiming
to be a childhood friend of Dave's.

Has gone broke running a guitar store, lost his girlfriend, ran a motel, paid off a bankruptcy and is
currently building a shiny new rock 'n roll empire.

Teaches the art of rock guitar around Kyneton and Woodend, Victoria & hates being called a nice guy.

Wants to help Make Poverty History by taking a baseball bat to as many pokie machines as possible.
Sean hails from Wollongong, New South Wales. He grew up watching the Sunnyboys at his local pub.

He saw The Who's rock opera movie "Tommy" at the delicate age of nine. His mind has been
seriously warped ever since.

His Dad is a jazz trumpeter who inadvertently taught Sean a multitude of showmanship and
stagecraft skills at a very young age.

Sean had The Dirty Three play at his wedding.

Sean is one of Australia's best songwriting talents. We can tell by the way we get shunned by other
bands of lesser skill who get totally bamboozled by his chord mazes and crafty melodies.
Local man Greg Johnson is an old stager from way back. He played on Countdown in the 1970s,
worked at Channel Nine, went to school with the guy who runs the Big Day Out and had Vince Jones
play in his backup band.

Officially a granddaddy as of November 19th 2006, Greg is a dirty stop-out as drummers go and
plays in four different bands that we know about.

May be a Mafia hit man but that is purely speculation.

Greg is often mistaken for  Carson (or the father of Carson) from Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.
